Position: Sign Installation Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sign Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with exterior/interior signage, wall/window graphics, and vinyl applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install exterior/interior signage, wall/window graphics from paper templates and installation instructions.
- Ensure valid driver’s license is maintained.
- Utilize working knowledge of hand tools required for the job.
- Clean and maintain equipment as necessary.
- Fully comply with all safety policies and procedures in preparation and installation phases.
- Install signage according to work order/scope of work specifications.
- Assist in the production area as needed.
- Precisely prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining substrates for vinyl.
- Perform quality assurance measures by accurately reading and interpreting Work Orders, then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards (bubbles, ragged edges, loose seams).
- Demonstrate proficiency in wrapping vehicles with vinyl (a plus).

Position: Commercial Signage Sales
Position Summary:
As a Sales Executive/Project Manager in your area, you will drive business growth for Image 212 in a region full of growth and new business opportunities. Your mission is to aggressively seek out new sign project opportunities and manage the logistics of the final product resulting in complete client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and sell sign solutions to emerging brands, developers and new businesses; manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing
- Acquire new customers through direct sales techniques, traditional prospecting, networking, pursuit of new projects, existing business relationships and marketing visits
- Prepare proposals and secure contracts
- Maintain Prospect List and provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
- Manage closed sales opportunities through project management and close out.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the sign industry is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in B2B sales
- Documented, proven history of aggressively growing sales and exceeding quotas annually
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with strategic sales and account management
- Top notch communication and presentation skills with service driven professionalism
